How to Log In and Navigate the CEB Cargo Support Portal

The Cebu Pacific Cargo Support Portal is where you submit requests, track their progress, and communicate with our support team without needing to call or email us directly.

Before You Start

• You will need a valid email address to register or log in.
• Use a supported browser: the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

Step 1: Access the Portal

1. Go to the Cebu Pacific Cargo Support Portal.
2. If you already have an account, click Login and enter your registered email address and password.
3. If this is your first visit, click Sign Up and enter your name and email address. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to set your password.

Note: The request types (for example, International Cargo Booking) can be submitted without an account. You do not need to register to use these forms — see the relevant article for that request type.

Step 2: Choose the Right Request Type

1. Click Submit a ticket in the top navigation menu.
2. At the top of the form, use the dropdown (defaults to Complaint) to select the request type that matches what you need — for example, Domestic Cargo Booking, Claim, or Inquiry.
3. The form fields below the dropdown update automatically based on the type you select.
4. If you are unsure which type to use, read Which Request Type Should I Submit? to find the appropriate category for your concern.

Step 3: Track Your Requests

1. Log in and click Tickets in the top navigation to see every request you've submitted and its current status.
2. Click any ticket to view its full history, add a reply, or attach additional documents.
3. You will also receive an email notification whenever our support team replies or updates your ticket status.
