Requirements for Wildlife Plants:
- Clearance or Permit for Domestic transport from the Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Plant Industry (DABPI) Plant Quarantine Service
- Inbound Philippines or Import Transfer
- Sanitary and Phytosanitary Import Clearance (SPSIC)
- Plant Quarantine Clearance (PQC)
Requirements for Wildlife Animals:
- Local Transport Permit issued by DENR
- Veterinary Health Certificate from Bureau of Animal Industry
- Local Shipping Permit
- Issuance of Shipping Permit is now being done through online on Bureau of Quarantine`s official website: https://nvqsd.bai.gov.ph and processing would take 3 days (excluding weekend and holidays). Once processed, kindly print the Shipping Permit and must be presented in Cebu Pacific Cargo Terminal, Domestic Road, Pasay City (near former NAIA T4) for countersignature by a Quarantine Officer.
